Wawaka

Indiana

My father was 80, he was very active and loved the outdoors, he loved to fish and hunt. He loved his family very much 3 children,8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. . On November 23, 2020 my father became very ill and was transported by the EMS to the hospital. they began treatment for Covid19. His test did come back positive so he was then transported to Parkview North Hospital in Fort Wayne,In. He was admitted to ICU they gave him the Plasma along with everything they have to treat Covid19. He fought hard one day the nurses would say he is doing good to the next day he's not doing well. It was a roller coaster ride for the family but such a struggle for him. I would call and talk to him every night he was able it broke my heart to hear him try to breath. It was even harder to not be there to hold his hand and give him support. One night in our phone conversation he told me that family who stays together can get through anything together. i will hold that with me as long as i live. On December 8, 2020 my father lost his battle with Covid19, he will be missed dearly. Fly high dad, we love you!
